This spring, Renaissance Atlanta Midtown Hotel, a leading Atlanta boutique hotel, announced Zach Curry as its new general manager. With years of experience in the hospitality industry, nine of which were with Marriott International, Curry will continue to ensure this unique hotel is one of the city’s premier lodging destinations.
Curry began his hospitality career working as a dishwasher in a restaurant and went on to receive his BS in Hospitality Management from Johnson & Wales University. His Marriott career started at The Ritz-Carlton, Palm Beach, and he was soon promoted to Hotel Manager at The Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans, where he led the hotel to achieve strong financial performance levels post-Hurricane Katrina.
Prior to joining Renaissance Midtown, Curry served as General Manager of Tampa Airport Marriott. While under his leadership, the hotel achieved Best Hotel Results in the Southern Region as well as top honors in Guest and Event Satisfaction.
With Curry’s dedication to the hotel and his commitment to ensuring guests enjoy an unforgettable experience – whether visiting for business, leisure, meetings or events – Renaissance Atlanta Midtown is poised for ultimate success.
