Buckhead Atlanta Streets Look Like Rodeo Drive, Michigan Avenue, or Madison Avenue

Buckhead Atlanta streets will look a lot like what you would expect to see on Rodeo Drive, Michigan Avenue, or Madison Avenue. Recently, OliverMcMillan announced that 60 percent of the retail space at its Buckhead Atlanta development is already leased. One important retailer for the Buckhead Atlanta development is Hermès, which has been confirmed. Presently, most of the tenant commitments are not being disclosed but we know that some big name luxury brands will soon call Buckhead Atlanta home.

The Buckhead Atlanta development is located at the intersection of Peachtree and East Paces Ferry roads, just minutes from four major highways. Important project assets include convenient parking, a luxury residential component, natural integration into the existing structure of the city and long-range value and sustainability to the property and city through planning and design.
